Prince Joachim of Denmark, younger son of
Queen Margrethe II, is in a stable condition in hospital after
being rushed in with a blood clot on his brain. The Prince, who is
51, underwent what has been described as a successful operation on
July 24th, soon after being admitted as an emergency patient to the
University Hospital of Toulouse. Princess Marie is at her husband’s
