The Dutch Council of State has confirmed
Hugo Klynstra’s right to carry the name and princely title of his
father, Prince Carlos, Duke of Parma. Hugo Klynstra is the
illegitimate son of Prince Carlos, who is a cousin of King
Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands, and Brigitte Klynstra.
