Queen Noor was the last wife of King Hussein of Jordan. The pair married on 15 June 1978 at Zaharan Palace.
For her nuptials, the American bride wore a bespoke wedding gown by French fashion house Dior. Very in line with the style of the 1970s, the white gown was Bohemian. The simple design was actually based on a gown Noor owned by Yves Saint Laurent.
