How Archie Mountbatten-Windsor's birth registration was changed

The birth registration of Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, son of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, was altered soon after it was first completed. The change was agreed to and made three weeks after the original registration. A copy of the document, obtained by The Sun, showed that a change was made to the entry to alter the way the names of both Harry and Meghan are represented on the registration.
