legal instruments typically issued by the monarch. These patents
grant an office, right, title, or status to a person. They can also
be used for the creation of different corporations or offices,
granting city status, granting coat of arms, or for granting royal
assent. When a monarch pursues a Patent, there are three different

conservation charity, has announced the first of their 70-acre
Platinum Jubilee Woods at Burghley House. The 16th-century
Elizabethan mansion is located in Stamford, Lincolnshire, in the

undertook various engagements on Tuesday as they spent St David’s
Day in Wales. The day is the Feast of Saint David, the patron saint
of Wales. Falling on the first of March every year, the date marks
when Saint David died in 589 AD.
There will soon be another way to
celebrate the Platinum Jubilee. The Royal Voluntary Service and The
Big Jubilee Lunch are searching for Platinum Champions. This award
will look for volunteers who have made outstanding contributions to
