King Albert loses appeal in paternity case

Former King Albert II of Belgium has lost
his appeal against the order to undergo a DNA-test, the Court of
Cassation, the main court of last resort in Belgium, decided today.
The case will now return to the Court of Appeals which can decide
that the DNA-test he underwent in May 2019 will be made public and
can therefore also be matched to the samples given by his supposed
