The Duchess of Edinburgh ''deeply saddened'' after woman hit by police escort dies

The Duchess of Edinburgh has said she is deeply saddened to hear of the death of a woman who was hit by part of her escort. Helen Holland, who was 81, suffered serious injuries when she was struck by a police motorbike rider escorting the Duchess through west London two weeks ago.
