Prince Andrew 'accepts Virginia Giuffre has suffered' and intends to make 'substantial donation' to her charity

The Duke of York accepts that Virginia Giuffre has suffered as a victim of abuse, US court papers show. In reaching an out-of-court settlement, Prince Andrew has agreed settle with Ms Giuffre.
