Belgian court blocks extradition of rapper who threatened Spanish royals

his arrest, Spanish rapper Valtònyc escaped to Belgium, where he
has been residing in a judicial limbo ever since. Following a first
sentence from Belgium’s High Court in the same year, Spanish
