The Queen has made an unexpected speech during the Patron’s Lunch; in which she joked about people still singing Happy Birthday to her.

In an impromptu speech, Her Majesty said:Â “How I shall feel if you still are singing ‘Happy Birthday’ in December remains to be seen.”
The 90-year-old monarch also thanked all charities she is Patron of.
The Queen and members of the Royal Family greeted the crowd on The Mall today for the Patron’s Lunch.
Her Majesty and the Duke of Edinburgh arrived on The Mall in the so called ‘Queenmobile’ which is a open topped state car.
