The Queen has sent a message of thanks to mark Armed Forces Day in which she praised personnel and veterans for their dedication and spoke of the way both serving and past members ‘contribute’ to life across the UK. The message, signed Elizabeth R., was sent on behalf of the Queen and Prince Philip and was shared on the morning of June 27th 2020, this year’s Armed Forces Day.
