The Queen and her eldest son, the Prince of Wales, spent time together just two days before he found out he had coronavirus.

Prince Charles tested positive on February 10th 2022 and went into self isolation. Buckingham Palace later confirmed that The Queen and her heir had spent time together two days earlier.

Royal officials say that Her Majesty is not displaying any symptoms and the situation will be monitored.

There was no direct confirmation as to whether The Queen had tested negative for Covid.

The Prince of Wales, .73, found out he had Covid just hours after attending a reception for the British Asian Trust. He immediately cancelled planned engagements in Winchester, saying he was ”deeply disappointed” at having to postpone his visit.

The Duchess of Cornwall has tested negative and went about her planned engagements where she revealed that her husband is finding his health condition ”a bit tiresome”.

It’s the second time that Charles has had coronavirus – he first contracted Covid in the early stages of the pandemic in spring 2020.

The Queen and her son have both been triple vaccinated against coronavirus.

Her Majesty is currently at Windsor Castle. She returned there the day after marking the 70th anniversary of her reign, having passed that historic day at Sandringham.
