The Queen cancels planned virtual engagements as she experiences mild Covid symptoms

The Queen has cancelled several planned virtual engagements as she continues to recuperate at Windsor after contracting coronavirus.

Buckingham Palace announced Her Majesty would no longer carry out her video meetings as she is experiencing mild, cold like symptoms.

In a statement, the Palace said that The Queen would continue with other, light duties and that decisions on other engagements planned for later in the week would followed in due course.

The Queen, 95, tested positive for Covid on February 20th 2022. At the time, Buckingham Palace said she would continue with all her planned engagements.
