The Duchess of Cambridge named one of the world’s 150 Most Stylish Women

The Duchess of Cambridge can now count herself as one of the 150 most fashionable women on the planet.

The list, ‘150 Most Fashionable Women’ reads as a who’s who of Hollywood starlets, fashion mavens, society trendsetters, and business leaders. It was compiled by the international editors of Harper’s Bazaar in conjunction with Glenda Bailey, the editor-in-chief, to celebrate the magazine’s 150th birthday.

Other big names on the Harper’s Bazaar list include Rihanna, Kristen Stewart, Naomi Campbell, Jessica Chastain, Jennifer Lawrence, Cindy Crawford, Adele, Beyoncé, Solange Knowles, Lady Gaga, Lupita Nyong’o, Janelle Monáe, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Amal Clooney, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Madonna, who also covers the February issue of the magazine.

In an interview, Bailey lauded the women, saying “This is in praise of the individual.

“These women are renowned for style around the world. And they have such very different styles.”

Of course, this isn’t the first time the Duchess of Cambridge has been praised for her sense of style. She was named to Vanity Fair’s International Best Dressed Hall of Fame in 2014 after appearing several times on its list.

Her style is regularly documented in magazines and online, with websites devoted to her clothing. Dresses worn by the Duchess of Cambridge have been known to sell out in a matter of hours.

Other royal women featured on the list include Charlotte Casiraghi, daughter of Princess Caroline of Monaco, Queen Rania of Jordan, and Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al, wife of the former Emir of Qatar.

Harper’s Bazaar is thrilled to feature the most fashionable women in the world,” said Bailey.

The February issue of Harper’s Bazaar is available on newsstands 17 January. A cocktail event will be held the same weekend as the Screen Actors Guild Awards (29 January) in Los Angeles to celebrate the 150 women.
