With The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s royal visit to Jamaica completed, let’s look at the sartorial choices Kate made during this two-day trip.
Upon arrival in Jamaica, Kate sported a canary yellow midi dress by Roksanda and carried a black Salvatore Ferragamo clutch.
For an evening in Trench Town, Kate sported a vintage 1950s coral and turquoise sundress by Willow Hilson Vintage paired with Maria Black Cha Cha earrings and beige slingback shoes.
Kate sported an all-white ensemble for a day of engagements on the second day of their visit, pairing an Alexander McQueen single-breasted blazer with white trousers and an eye-popping tangerine orange blouse by Ridley. Her orange beaded handbag was a vintage piece by Willow Hilson Vintage.
At a glittering state dinner at the Governor General’s residence, Kate stunned in an emerald green Jenny Packham evening gown that featured ruffles and a bold off-the-shoulder bodice. To complement this, Kate wore the yellow Royal Family Order of Queen Elizabeth II, the star of the Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order. Her emerald earrings and bracelet belonged to The Queen’s Emerald Tassel Suite.
On their final day in Jamaica, William and Kate attended the inaugural Commissioning Parade in Kingston, where Kate wore a white lace Alexander McQueen dress with lace cap sleeves and a Phillip Treacy hat. To complement the look, Kate wore The Queen’s pearl earrings and Diana, Princess of Wales’s three-strand pearl bracelet.
At the Norman Manley International Airport to leave Jamaica, Kate wore The Queen’s Hummingbird Brooch, which was given to Her Majesty during a royal tour of Jamaica to mark the Golden Jubilee in 2002, and an emerald green sleeveless dress by Emilia Wickstead.
