It’s a girl! The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expecting a daughter

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have revealed that they are expecting a baby girl this summer.

In their candid interview with Oprah on Sunday evening, Harry and Meghan revealed that their second child will be a girl.

At the beginning of the programme, Meghan told Oprah that with this pregnancy, she and Harry had opted to find out the baby’s sex; Archie’s sex was unknown at the time of his birth on 6 May 2019.

Harry said it was amazing and he was grateful to see her scan at the ultrasound. “We’ve got the four of us and our two dogs, and it’s great.”

Oprah asked if there would be anymore children after their second child is born, but both Harry and Meghan confirmed this would be their last child.

Harry and Meghan also confirmed that their daughter is due in the summer.
