Prince & Princess of Wales

Prince Louis’ birthday album now includes behind the scenes photos

Prince Louis of Cambridge

He’s just turned two but Prince Louis of Cambridge is more than ready for his close up. Just hours after his official birthday photos were shared by his parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the little royal starred in two more photos revealing life behind palace doors.

Kensington Royal added another image to their already famous rainbow collection for Louis’ birthday. While the first pictures featured Louis enjoying making hands of hope for NHS workers, the new snap showed the reality of a two year old and paint. The fifth in line to the throne is seen laughing happily having smeared his face with all the shades of the rainbow.

Another image shared by the Windsors answered a question posed by royal watchers several weeks ago. When the Prince of Wales first started making video calls from his study at Birkhall, a black and white image of him carrying a toddler got everyone wondering who was getting a cuddle from Charles. Now we know. It’s Louis.

Clarence House wished the prince’s third grandchild a Happy Birthday by sharing a clear version of that photo of Grandpa holding Louis who has his arms wrapped tightly around the heir to the throne.

Louis Arthur Charles was born on April 23rd 2018 at 11.01am at the Lindo Wing, St. Mary’s Hospital, Paddington.
