King Charles sends thanks for well wishes as he leaves hospital to continue recuperation at home

The King has thanked all those who have sent him well wishes during his hospital treatment.

His Majesty was discharged from the London Clinic on January 29th 2024 after a three night stay.

He was threated for an enlarged prostate.

His Majesty waved and smiled as he walked out of the Clinic. Queen Camilla was at his side.

In a statement, Buckingham Palace said ‘His Majesty would like to thank the medical team and all those involved in supporting his hospital visit, and is grateful for all the kind messages he has received in recent days.”

The Palace also said His Majesty will continue to recuperate and won’t undertake any engagements in the immediate future as he recovers.

It’s understood The King is spending the first night since his hospital stay in London.
