
King Constantine of Greece will be laid to rest on Monday, 16 January, in a private funeral service; however, that does not mean that royals from across Europe won’t be in attendance at the Metropolitan Cathedral in Athens.

Queen Margrethe and Princess Benedikte will be there to support their younger sister, Queen Anne-Marie. Crown Prince Frederik and Prince Joachim will also attend the funeral of their uncle.

Spain:
Queen Sofia will attend the funeral of her younger brother; she will be joined by her husband, King Juan Carlos. King Felipe will attend his uncle’s funeral alongside his wife, Queen Letizia, according to Casa Real. Infanta Elena and Infanta Cristina will be in Greece to say goodbye to their beloved uncle along with their children as well.
