The Queen will take a salute for the Sovereign’s Birthday Parade from the balcony of Buckingham Palace.
Just hours before the ceremony takes place, it was confirmed that the Monarch won’t be at Horse Guards Parade but will, instead, take a salute from her London residence as troops march past.
She will be joined on the balcony by her cousin, the Duke of Kent.
The Prince of Wales, on behalf of Her Majesty, will inspect the troops at Horse Guards and take the salute there, along with the Duke of Cambridge and the Princess Royal.
More than 1200 officers and soldiers from the Household Division will take part in Trooping along with hundreds of Army musicians and 240 horses.
Members of the Royal Family, including the Duchess of Cornwall and the Duchess of Cambridge, will take part in a carriage procession which will take them from Buckingham Palace to Horse Guards ahead of the ceremony.
Following Trooping and the Buckingham Palace salute, The Queen will reappear on the balcony with working members of the Royal Family as well as the children of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Earl and Countess of Wessex.
Trooping the Colour is the first major event of the Platinum Jubilee celebratory weekend.
