The Queen arrives with Prince Andrew for Prince Philip’s memorial service

The Queen has arrived at the Service of Thanksgiving for Prince Philip alongside their second son, Prince Andrew.

The Duke of York, who was asked to return his royal patronages and military associations earlier this year, accompanied his mother as she entered Westminster Abbey for the service.

Andrew walked with her to the front row of seats before The Queen, using a stick, made her own way to her seat next to the Prince of Wales.

All four of The Queen and Prince Philip’s children are in attendance along with seven of their eight grandchildren. Several of their great grandchildren, including Prince George, are also present at the service.

Royalty from around Europe are also paying their respects.
