Roundup of this year’s royal Christmas greetings

It’s Christmas Eve, and we have rounded up all of this year’s royal Christmas greetings. From Luxembourg to the UK, see the Christmas photos and videos of the royal families below!

Belgium:

King Philippe and Queen Mathilde released a new family photo ahead of Christmas with a message on social media that said: “On the eve of this very special Christmas period, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.”

Denmark:

The Danish royals have posted photos on their Instagram to mark Advent, and they have also shared images that go along with their digital Christmas calendar.

The Crown Prince Family also sent a Christmas greeting via video:

For the first time this year, Prince Joachim and Princess Marie, along with their children, released a Christmas video.

Jordan:

Although it isn’t a Christmas greeting, Queen Rania shared a new family photo this month to wish everyone well in 2021.

Luxembourg:

In Luxembourg, Prince Félix and Princess Claire shared a family snap on their winery’s Instagram page with their Christmas greetings.

Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie released several Christmas photos for their son, Prince Charles’ first Christmas:

Tessy Antony de Nassau also sent her Christmas greetings on Instagram.

Monaco:

The Princely Palace released their Christmas card on their Facebook page saying: “Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene along with their children Hereditary Prince James and Princess Gabriella wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.”

Netherlands:

The King and Queen of the Netherlands released their Christmas card on Christmas Eve.

Norway:

The Crown Prince Family of Norway filmed a video for the Third Sunday of Advent and wished everyone a Happy Christmas.

The Royal Family also released new official Christmas images.

Spain:

The Spanish royals revealed their Christmas cards in mid-December. King Felipe and Queen Letizia’s 2020 card features their two daughters, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía while King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofía’s card features a painting.

Sweden:

Sweden has released several Christmas greetings this month. There have been videos from the Crown Princess Family, Prince Family and King and Queen celebrating Advent and a photo of Princess Madeleine’s children marking Advent.

UK:

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge narrated a video and helped the families of key workers have a good Christmas.

They also revealed a new photo to celebrate the holiday. The image is on their Christmas card this year.
