An emotional Wessex Family greet mourners at Balmoral following the death of Queen Elizabeth II

The Earl & Countess of Wessex were joined by their daughter, Lady Louise, to meet the crowd of well-wishers who had gathered at Balmoral to pay tribute to Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

After attending a Church service alongside other members of The Royal Family in Scotland, a clearly emotional Wessex Family were seen speaking to members of the public.

Likewise, Princess Beatrice and Eugenie greeted mourners at the Castle gates, receiving a bouquet of flowers.

Meanwhile, Princess Anne and Prince Andrew were seen closely inspecting some of the floral tributes left by well-wishers.

Speaking to a well-wisher at Balmoral, Prince Andrew said: “We’ve been allowed one day, now we start the process of handing her on.”

The late Queen’s body will be moved from Balmoral Castle to the Palace of Holyroodhouse on Sunday.

The walkabout at Balmoral by members of The Royal Family was similar to the events of Friday when The King met his public outside of Buckingham Palace.

Before they headed back inside the Balmoral Estate, the family waved to the crowd, who in turn cheered.
