Countess Eloise reveals she’s writing a book

Countess Eloise, the daughter of Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands, has revealed that she is writing a book on her Instagram account.

The 18-year-old granddaughter of Princess Beatrix and niece of King Willem-Alexander did not reveal what the book would be about.

“I’m so happy! I can finally say that I’m going to write a book. I’m going to involve you in the process, so keep an eye on my account,” she said on Instagram.

The book will be published by CLF Media in early June.

Countess Eloise, and her aunt Princess Mabel, are the only Dutch royals known to have open social media accounts. Eloise has 230,000 followers on her Instagram account. While her parents and siblings make appearances on her account, her first cousins, Princesses Amalia, Alexia and Ariane do not.

The Countess is fifth in line to the Dutch throne.

Eloise was born on 8 June 2002 as the eldest of Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien’s three children. Her two younger siblings are Count Claus-Casimir and Countess Eleonore. While her parents are members of the Dutch Royal House, she and her siblings are not.

Eloise attends the Hotel School in Amsterdam.
