Countess Eloise gives a glimpse into her private life

Countess Eloise of Orange-Nassau, the eldest daughter of Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands, and thus a niece of King Willem-Alexander, hosted her first live on her Instagram account. She is the only known member of the Dutch Royal Family to have an open social media account.

She started by saying that she would prefer not to answer questions about her cousins, the Princess of Orange and Princesses Alexia and Ariane. She said she did not want to say the wrong thing and that quite often the questions were a bit weird. She said she was a little bit nervous and showed the people around her messy bedroom.

As questions began pouring in, she answered that she was still going on holiday – with her family to Sicily. Other questions also included a lot about fashion – Eloise often sells vintage clothes via her account. She also told the audience that she had been accepted into the Hotel School in Amsterdam and was looking forward to starting her new school. She won’t move to Amsterdam for the first year but will be required to do so for the second year.

Going further into her private life, she said she does not have a boyfriend, that her life is pretty ordinary and that she does not have security guards following her around. She also said she was not told what she could and could not post on social media but that she knows her own limits. You can watch the Instagram Live below as she saved it as an IGTV. However, it is mostly in Dutch.
