Luxembourg’s Prince Charles shines in new Christmas images

Luxembourg’s Prince Charles is the star of the show in the new Christmas images that have been shared by the Grand Ducal Court.

The future monarch, who was born in May of this year, is seen with his parents at their home at Fischbach Castle in Luxembourg. His parents, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie, beam in the festive images with their baby boy.

The photographs were also shared on the Grand Ducal Court’s official Instagram account where the Grand Ducal Court wrote: “The Hereditary Grand Duke, Grand Duchess and Prince Charles wish you all excellent holidays, and take the opportunity of this magical moment spent together to share with you these new pictures.”

Prince Charles Jean Philippe Joseph Marie Guillaume, who is second in line to the Luxembourgish throne, was born on 10 May of this year at the Grand Duchess Charlotte Maternity Hospital in Luxembourg City. His christening took place in Luxembourg’s at the Abbey of St. Maurice and St. Maurus of Clervaux on 19 September. His godparents are his maternal aunt, Countess Gaëlle de Lannoy, and paternal uncle, Prince Louis.
