Crown Prince Hussein takes future wife to learn more about Hashemite legacy

Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan has taken his fiancée to learn more about the Hashemite legacy.

The Crown Prince took Rajwa Al Saif to the Royal Hashemite Court to meet his great uncle Prince Hassan who guided them on a tour of different exhibits.

Crown Prince Hussein said there was no one “more knowledgeable than my great uncle El Hassan when it comes to Jordan’s history and our Hashemite legacy. Rajwa and I had the pleasure of viewing exhibits from Jordan’s Hashemite history at the Royal Hashemite Court today.”

Hussein also shared two photos from the private event that allowed Rajwa to learn more about the important family she is marrying into; the future Jordanian monarch also shared several videos on his Instagram story of the exhibits, including clothing items, swords and honours given to members of the Hashemite family.

The pair are set to wed sometime next year, although an exact date has not been announced by the Royal Hashemite Court.

The Royal Hashemite Court made the engagement announcement on 17 August, saying that the Crown Prince is engaged to Saudi Arabian Rajwa Khaled bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al Saif.

They became engaged at Rajwa’s father’s home in Riyadh.

Rajwa Khaled bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al Saif was born in Riyadh on 28 April 1994 to Khalid bin Musaed Al-Saif, a Saudi businessman, and Azza bint Naif Al-Sudairi. Upon her marriage, she will become the Crown Princess of Jordan.
