Prince William and Kate’s waxworks moved ahead of Royal Baby’s arrival

As the world excitedly awaits the arrival of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s first child, London’s Madame Tussauds have moved the couple’s waxworks to a new location.

The parents-to-be waxworks have been given a room of their own for the very first time since their debut, as the London attraction expects huge interest in the figures as the Royal Baby arrives.

It is expected over the coming weeks, many guests will want their photos with the royal waxworks and now they have been given their own room which features the royal couple with a garden setting. William and Kate’s waxworks had previously been featured alongside The Queen, Prince Phillip and other members of the Royal Family.

Prince William and Kate are currently awaiting the arrival of their first child which is due any day now. Earlier this year, the mum-to-be told well-wishers she was due around the middle of July.

“It’s around mid-July, but babies have their own agenda,” the Duchess revealed.

As the couple waits for the baby, Kate has been residing in London while also spending time with parents at their family home in Bucklebury, Berkshire.

Prince William has continued to work in Anglesey, Wales, as a search-and-rescue pilot in the RAF and plans to work up until Kate gives birth. Last week it was revealed the Prince has a helicopter on stand-by near his Anglesey home, in preparation for Kate giving birth while he is away.

The Duchess of Cambridge is planning to give birth in the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hopsital in Paddington, London.
