Royal Central is taking a look at the Royal Family’s Christmas Day fashion throughout the years. In this article, the focus will be on Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, the daughters of the Duke and Duchess of York.
Beatrice, born in 1988, and Eugenie, born in 1990, were often seen with their father at the Christmas Day service. Prince Andrew divorced Sarah, Duchess of York in 1996 after 10 years of marriage. The couple announced their separation in 1992.

2018 would mark the first Sandringham Christmas that Princess Eugenie would be joined by Jack Brooksbank. The couple married at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle in October 2018.

Similar to the royal protocol the Duchess of Sussex broke the year prior, Princess Beatrice brought her then-fiancé, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, to the church service. The couple had announced their engagement in September of that year. The couple had a private wedding ceremony in July 2020 after pushing the wedding back because of the coronavirus.
