Queen Camilla has helped launch Winter Flower Week, celebrating the seasonal blooms in the United Kingdom with a new exhibition at the Garden Museum.
Winter Flower Week, according to the Garden Museum’s website, celebrates a sustainable approach to the festive floral decorations typically seen in the winter months.

During her visit, the Queen toured the winter flower exhibit and saw the current exhibit ‘Frank Walter: Artist, Gardener, Radical’ based on the landscape natural paintings of the Antiguan artist and gardener.
She also joined in a craft session with families, where the participants learned about the various winter flowers that grow in the United Kingdom.
In a speech, the Garden Museum’s Director, Christopher Anderson said that the idea behind Winter Flower Week “is that you often see work by floral designers at a wedding or at a party, this is the chance for the designers to pause and for five days have an audience to follow through the concepts and inspirations which make this beauty.”
