Zara Tindall takes a tumble during polo match in Australia

The Queen’s granddaughter, Zara Tindall, took a tumble off her horse on Sunday during a polo match in Queensland, Australia.

Mrs Tindall did not appear to hurt herself when she fell, and her husband of five years didn’t seem at all concerned.

Former England rugby player, Mike Tindall, told the crowd: “That’s her will to win.

“She’s tough, she bounces.”

After her fall, the Olympian jumped straight back on her horse and continued to play.

The Tindalls are in Australia for the inaugural Pacific Fair Magic Millions Polo, held on the Gold Coast. The carnival is a week-long celebration of equine sports.

A spokesperson for the event said that the 35-year-old was “keen and ready to play” in the polo match, alternating with Melbourne Cup-winning jockey, Michelle Payne.

Zara is Patron of Magic Millions Racing Women, an initiative promoting racehorse ownership among women.

According to it’s website, Magic Millions is the “largest thoroughbred auction house in the Southern Hemisphere and is host to Australia’s first $10 Million raceday.”

This is the first public event the Tindalls have attended since the news broke last month that Zara ha suffered a miscarriage.

On Christmas Eve a spokeswoman said: “Very sadly, Zara and Mike Tindall have lost their baby. At this difficult time, we ask that everyone respects their privacy.”

Buckingham Palace refused to comment at the time, saying it is a private matter.

The couple, who were married in 2011, already have a daughter, Mia, who will turn three-years-old in a few days time.

There was no sign of Mia in Queensland, as she was presumably being looked after away from the glare of the scorching 30°C heat.
