The Prince of Wales surrounded by cousins as he hosts garden party

The Prince of Wales has attended his first garden party at Buckingham Palace for 2024. While the King did not attend the party, Prince William was joined by several family members.

The Prince of Wales hosted the latest garden party at the Palace and was joined by multiple cousins who are not working royals but still helped at the event. Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie of York both attended the party to support their elder cousin. The Princess Royal’s daughter, Zara Tindall, also attended the party, along with her husband, former rugby player Mike Tindall.

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester also were at the garden party; they have attended several garden parties in the last few years and continue to be a dependable pair for the family.

Despite the rainy weather, Prince William and the rest of his family looked to be in good spirits while meeting with guests at the party.

Many of the 8,000 guests invited to the party this week are connected to several of the Prince and Princess of Wales’s charities. In addition to several tenants from the Duchy of Cornwall, William was joined by the President of Swim England and Reverend Squadron Leader Chrissie Lacey of the RAF.
