Channel 4 are asking Royal Central readers to get in touch to share their memories of meeting Diana, Princess of Wales, for a special 60-minute documentary.
To mark the 20th anniversary of Diana’s death, a documentary has been commissioned for More4 which will reflect on how the aftermath of her passing impacted so many lives, revealing personal accounts from people who have retained vivid memories, decades on.
Remembered as “The People’s Princess”, the documentary will hear from friends, those who worked with her, those who met her briefly and those who admired her. They each tell their stories, in many cases for the first time in public, about the Diana they knew.
The documentary makers are eager to hear people’s treasured memories of meeting Diana. If any of our readers met the Princess and are willing to share their memories of how her encouraging words may have helped you through a difficult time, then get in touch.
The programme will recall the historic moment the world lost one of the most noteworthy lives of the twentieth century and explore how the nation’s loss left so many with distinct and moving memories.
If you have a story to share, then email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0207 021 0005.
