Swedish royal website reveals new photo of Crown Princess Family

The Swedish Royal Court has released a new photo of the Crown Princess Family.

The image was quietly placed in the press image bank on their website, but the Royal Court has not made any posts about it on their social media or their website as the sole focus right now is the COVID-19 pandemic.

The photo features Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel with their two children, eight-year-old Princess Estelle and four-year-old Prince Oscar against a pink backdrop.

The image was taken by Anna-Lena Ahlström. It is not known where or when the photo was taken.

The Head of the Information Department of the Royal Court, Margareta Thorgen, did reveal to Expressen that the photo was taken for a postcard. “The picture is created as a postcard. It is a very nice picture of the Crown Princess Family, and then we have chosen to post it,” she said.
