A Christmas Eve visit to the local traffic depot for the Swedish Crown Princess and her family

Sweden’s Crown Princess Victoria and her husband, Prince Daniel, took their two children, Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar, to visit the local traffic depot in Ulvsunda outside of Stockholm on Christmas Eve.

The Crown Princess Family visited the depot to wish the staff a happy Christmas since the workers had to work on the holiday. In addition, they wanted to express their gratitude for all they do in helping to keep the country running on a day-to-day basis.

The family received a tour of the command centre and of one of the trains, with young Oscar looking thrilled to get to sit at the front of the train with the engineer.

Princess Estelle, 10, and Prince Oscar, 6, were both shown how to drive the train, and they later handed out gifts to the workers.

The Crown Princess and her family have been making Christmas Eve trips to different locations for several years to visit with those who have to work on the holiday.
