New details revealed for Princess Alexandra of Luxembourg’s wedding

The Grand Ducal Court of Luxembourg has released new information regarding Princess Alexandra’s April wedding to Nicolas Bagory.

The schedule has been announced for the couple’s civil wedding at Luxembourg City’s Town Hall.

The Grand Ducal Court said: “The public is cordially invited to welcome the couple, as well as the Grand Ducal Family, at Place Guillaume, in front of the Town Hall.”

The couple will arrive at the Town Hall thirty minutes before the ceremony alongside the Grand Ducal Family.

The civil ceremony will take place on 22 April at 15:30.

The bride and groom will greet the crowd after their nuptials before returning to the Grand Ducal Palace for an evening reception for both families, their guests and national authorities. The reception at the palace will begin at 18:00.

The religious ceremony will occur on 29 April at Saint Trophyme Church in Bormes-les-Mimosas, France.

Additional information for the religious ceremony has not yet been revealed.

Princess Alexandra is the only daughter and fourth child of Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa.

Her engagement to French-born Nicolas Bagory was announced on 7 November 2022.
