
Prince George has attended the Festival of Remembrance for the first time.
The prince, 12, arrived at the Royal Albert Hall with his mum, the Princess of Wales, for the tribute.
George, second in line to the throne, shook hands with the welcoming committee as Kate kept close to him.
The King and Queen arrived shortly after them.
Prince William isn’t attending this year as he has just returned to the UK from Brazil where he represented The King at the COP30 Heads of State meeting.
The Royal Family always turns out in force for the Festival which is organised by the Royal British Legion.
The evening of music, personal stories and military spectacle pays tribute to all those who have served and to those who have given their lives for their country.
This year’s event includes appearances from Hannah Waddingham, Sir Rod Stewart and Sam Ryder.
Two performances are held every year with the Royal Family traditionally attending the evening show.
The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester were also at the Royal Albert Hall.
The Princess Royal and Sir Tim Laurence are currently in Australia where they are taking part in Remembrance events.
Prince George has attended a number of events in support of military and veterans this year. He joined his parents at a special reception for VE Day veterans at Buckingham Palace in May, on the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War in Europe.
The Royal Family will be at the Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday for the National Service with The King leading the nation in mourning and laying a wreath.
