Duchess Down Under: Meghan in khaki to speak at Invictus Closing Ceremony

For their final day in Australia, Harry and Meghan watched the wheelchair basketball finals at the Invictus Games before attending and speaking at the Games’ closing ceremony yesterday evening.

The couple watched the match with the Australian Prime Minister and later presented medals to the gold medalists, the American team, who’d beaten the Dutch team 29-17.

For the wheelchair basketball games, Meghan wore a chic wrap garnet jacket by Australian brand Scanlan Theodore, featuring a ruffled hem and made from a crepe knit material, with a pair of black jeans and Sarah Flint black pumps, and a poppy for Remembrance Day.

At the Invictus Games’ Closing Ceremony, Meghan gave a brief speech about her past involvement with the armed forces, when she visited bases in Afghanistan to boost troop morale.

Meghan wore a halter dress by Antonio Berardi, in a khaki shade. It’s believed to be a bespoke piece. She carried a beige purse by Cuyana and wore a pair of beige Aquazzura pumps with buckle straps, and a few gold bracelets and unidentified earrings.
