William, Kate and Harry attend the Commonwealth Games

<![CDATA[The Earl and Countess of Strathearn (as The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are known in Scotland) along with Prince Harry attended the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow on Monday, where they watched sports; including boxing and gymnastics.
The young royals enjoyed the gymnastics unnoticed, until the large screen in the Hydro Arena zoomed in on them. Spectators broke into applause when a close up of William and his brother showed up.
Whereas gymnastics may be a relaxing, calm sport to watch, boxing certainly isn't. Later in the day, the Countess was left covering her eyes as Scott Fitzgerald of England won his men's welterweight boxing match against Azumah Mohammed of Ghana.
Finally, after the intense boxing match, the group went to the Glasgow National Hockey Centre, where they met members of the Australian and English teams.
Prince Harry met two Australian hockey players who were "photobombed" by The Queen last week.

Jayde Taylor was posing for a photo with Brooke Peris when the 88-year old monarch appeared in the background grinning over her shoulder. The photo has since alone viral on social media and appeared on many newspaper front pages.
Later on in the week, The Earl and Countess of Strathern are expected to attend many more sporting sessions before the games close in around a weeks time.
The royal trio often attend big sporting events together. Recently, William along with his wife and brother, attended the Tour de France Grand Depart. The Royal trio also were also on hand to cheer on the British athletes during the London 2012 Olympics, as well as attending Wimbledon and football matches.
The Queen officially opened the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow last week. Since then, many members of the royal family have enjoyed the games in Scotland, including the Earl and Countess of Wessex as well as Her Majesty herself, who joined the crowds to watch hockey.
