Princess Charlotte is the spitting image of her father, the Duke of Cambridge, in the new photo released for her sixth birthday by Kensington Palace.
The Duchess of Cambridge took the photo of her only daughter this weekend in Norfolk.
Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana was born on 2 May 2015 as the second child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital in London. She has one older brother, Prince George, 7, and one younger brother, Prince Louis, who just turned three last week.
Gary Goldsmith, her maternal great-uncle, has said about Charlotte: “She is really cheeky and confident, just like the rest of the family. I think she’s the one I’m most excited to watch grow up.”
The young princess, who is known to be quite outgoing, attends Thomas’s Battersea in London alongside Prince George.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary just a few days ago, on 29 April. To celebrate, they released two new photos and a family video on social media. With the video’s release, the Duke and Duchess said: “We are enormously grateful for the 10 years of support we have received in our lives as a family.”
