Press Release: Royal Central reaches new milestone
Royal Central is celebrating a milestone occasion as October 2016 saw us gain over one million hits across the globe.
With a total count of 1.1m page views recorded in October, we overtook the total amount of views gained in April 2016 – formerly our most popular month.
November also marks one year since Charlie Proctor became Editor-in-Chief of Royal Central and James Brookes and Jamie Samhan became Deputy and Assistant Editors respectively.
Speaking of October’s readership figures, Charlie Proctor said: “The fact that we now have a readership of more than one million hits only solidifies the fact that Royal Central is the most popular source for news on the British and European Royal Families on the internet.
“Everybody has been working really hard to achieve these figures. In October 2015, Royal Central received 400,000 views. In just one year, we have almost tripled this figure and hopefully by October 2017, our readership will have increased even further.”
Our thanks go to you, our readers, for making Royal Central the most-read royal news site on the web and of course to our committed team of editors and writers for making it possible!
