Royals and selfies

Selfies are ever-present in our lives. They are constantly uploaded on social media, and more than likely, you’ve either taken a selfie yourself or know someone who has. It’s the ‘go-to’ form of photos for Generation Z and even the generations before them.

The Dutch royals might take the crown for the most selfie-friendly royals as they have been seen several times posing with those they meet to take photos, like at King’s Day in Amersfoort in 2019.

Sweden’s royal family also takes selfies with those who attend events with them and come out to greet them.

And, of course, the British Royal Family, who used to try to avoid selfies, can’t help but participate every now and then.
