The ‘A-Team’ has arrived in Paris for the Olympic Games.
Princess Catharina-Amalia, the Princess of Orange, and her younger sister Princess Alexia took in a hockey match with their parents on the first full day of competition Saturday.
The young royals are fixtures at the Olympics, having attended nearly every Games since London 2012. Their youngest sister, Princess Ariane, is not joining the family in Paris, and the Dutch Royal Court has not commented on why.

“Good luck to all the Olympians of #TeamNL in #Paris2024! Your hard work, dedication and passion have brought you here. Enjoy to the fullest and make the Netherlands proud. We’re looking forward to exciting matches and special sporting performances in Paris.”
Although not seated with their parents, Princess Amalia and Princess Alexia were also in attendance at the Opening Ceremony.

They were decked out in orange clothing—the national colour of the Netherlands—and met with some of the Olympians.
Later, they attended the hockey match at the Yves Du Manoir Stadium, where the Netherlands competed against South Africa. The Dutch team won 5-3.
King Willem-Alexander, Queen Máxima, Princess Amalia and Princess Alexia will be in Paris through 30 July attending various events.
