You can train with Crown Prince Frederik for the Royal Run

You have the chance to “train” with Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark for his Royal Run.

Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark has teamed up with the Danish comedian Heino Hansen for a new series of running training videos that will be released over the next two weeks in connection with Royal Run.

These videos, which will be published on the Royal Run’s YouTube, showcase a variety of exercises, including sprints, street boys’ hops, and high knee lifts.

Leading the training sessions is former elite athlete and Olympic silver medallist from Denmark, Sara Slott.

The Crown Prince and the comedian train under her guidance for three of the Royal Run’s distances: the one-mile walk, the one-mile run, and the 5 km run. The videos are a great resource for runners looking to improve their skills and fitness levels. It also provides entertainment value through the comedic banter between the Crown Prince and Heino Hansen.

Slott gives beneficial training advice for the participants of the Royal Run, which has just over 30 per cent of first-time exercise runners. Her tips are designed to help both walkers and runners prepare for the event and succeed in completing their chosen distance.

Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark is an avid runner with a strong passion for running for charity with the Royal Run, which was initially created for his 50th birthday. He has participated in several marathons and other running events, where he has raised money for good causes.

The Crown Prince has stated that he greatly appreciates exercise’s positive impact on his physical and mental health, and he wants to inspire others to follow his example.
