Princess Astrid of Belgium may be in her early 60s but she is embracing fun with her fashion as a working royal. She is currently on an economic mission to India and her colourful wardrobe is full of pop favourites.
After arriving, Princess Astrid visited the tomb of Emperor Mirza Nasir al-Din Muhammad. She wore a light and bright cotton midi-dress with a striking blue floral pattern from Marie Méro. The princess paired the dress with a deep red tote bag with bow and tassel details from French brand Paula Ke.Â
The following day was a busy day for the Belgian royal. Astrid met with the EU ambassador to India before helping to break ground on a new expansion. She also met with union representatives.Â
Princess Astrid turned to Gucci for her ensemble, a favourite brand for influencers and fashion media. She wore her Gucci Rose Garden Printed Silk Cardigan overtop bright green trousers and a bright green blouse. She also chose one of her favourite Gucci bags, the Marmont Matelassé Bag in an emerald green.Â
In a very relatable and timeless choice, Princess Astrid wore her Adidas Gazelles in navy and white, an iconic trainer, for both days.
