Eugenie and Jack are now married

Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank are officially husband and wife after taking their vows at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. Eugenie and Jack are the 17th royal couple to marry in Winsor Castle’s St George’s Chapel, with the first taking place in 1863.

The couple was surrounded by beloved friends and family as they took their vows in front of over 800 guests with the service led by the Right Reverend David Conner KCVO, Dean of Windsor.

The newlyweds will now exit the chapel and head off on a short carriage ride through the streets of Windsor before returning to Windsor Castle with their families. There, the official wedding photographs will be taken in the White Drawing Room by Alex Bramall.

The bridal party saw Princess Beatrice as her sister’s maid of honour, and Princess Charlotte, Savannah and Isla Phillips, Mia Tindall, Maud Windsor, and Theodora Williams serving as bridesmaids. The pageboys were Prince George and Louis de Givenchy. The Earl and Countess of Wessex’s two children, Lady Louise and James, Viscount Severn served as special attendants.

Members of the Royal Family began arriving at 10:25 ahead of the 11 am ceremony. Sarah, Duchess of York, arrived with her elder daughter, Princess Beatrice at 10:32 and were greeted by the Dean of Windsor. Just a few minutes later, Jack Brooksbank arrived with his best man, his brother, Thomas.

The Prince of Wales was next to arrive at 10:50, followed by Her Majesty The Queen two minutes later.

Princess Eugenie arrived moments later on the arm of her proud father, Prince Andrew in a custom gown designed byPeter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos, which featured a deep v in the back that showed off her scoliosis scars.

The ceremony included performances by Andrea Bocelli and readings by Thomas Brooksbank and Princess Beatrice – the cousin and sister of the groom and bride, respectively.
