Oprah to interview The Duke and Duchess of Sussex

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are being interviewed by Oprah Winfrey. The network CBS announced the programme will be shown next month.

The 90 minute show, called ‘Oprah with Meghan and Harry’, is being overseen by Ms Winfrey’s own production company, Harpo. Confirmation of the programme came as ITV News revealed they had information that a TV chat was lined up.

Set to air on March 7th, it will see Oprah and Meghan talking in what CBS described as a ‘’wide-ranging interview’’. The CBS announcement said it will see Oprah talk to Meghan about ”everything from stepping into life as a Royal, marriage, motherhood, philanthropic work to how she is handling life under intense public pressure”.

Following this one on one chat, The Duke of Sussex will join the two. CBS says this section will feature ‘’their move to the US and their future hopes and dreams for their expanding family.’’

Oprah Winfrey was among the guests at the May 2018 wedding of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

News of the interview comes just a day after Harry and Meghan confirmed they are expecting another baby.
