A High Court judge has ruled that the Mail on Sunday must print a front page notice about the Duchess of Sussex’s victory in recent legal battle against the newspaper for a copyright claim.
Last month, the court ruled that the Mail breached Meghan’s copyright over its publication of a letter to her estranged father, Thomas Markle.
Mr Justice Warby also ruled that Mail Online must put up a similar notice on their website for a period of one week – far less than the six months the Duchess had requested.
