How to watch The Queen’s address to the Commonwealth

The Queen will deliver a rare address to the nation and the Commonwealth on Sunday evening addressing the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

This will be the fourth time Her Majesty has addressed the nation in a time of national crisis, and the fifth time she has addressed the nation outside of her traditional Christmas broadcast.

In the UK, all of the main TV stations will be carrying the speech at 8pm.

This includes BBC One, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky One, BBC News and Sky News.

Various radio stations will also be broadcasting the speech, including BBC Radio 4 and Classic FM.

For those outside of the UK wishing to see Her Majesty’s address, the simplest way will be to tune in to BBC World News which is available in over 200 countries around the globe.

Various state broadcasters will also be showing the speech, including CBC in Canada at 3pm EDT.

If those wishing to watch The Queen’s Speech do not have access to a television, the address will also be live-streamed on social media, including The Royal Family’s YouTube channel.
