Pippa Middleton talks about the Royal Wedding

<![CDATA[Pippa Middleton has spoke of how being a bridesmaid at her sister, the Duchess of Cambridge's wedding changed her life forever.
The 30-year-old was catapulted to international fame on the morning of the royal wedding in April 2011 and since then has become one of the most followed women in the world.
"As I have found out, recognition has its upside, its downside and – you may say – its backside," she joked, as she spoke at a dinner held by Women in Advertising and Communications London Group, at London's Savoy Hotel.

Pippa, who is extremely close with her sister Kate, also revealed she didn’t sleep for two days ahead of the wedding which was watched by an estimated 1.5 billion viewers around the world.
The Duchess’ sister also said the reaction to her book Celebrate, which was mostly negative, was “difficult”. The book was a party planning guide and reviews were unfavourable to the book and Pippa at the time, although it did sell over 18,000 copies.
Many at the dinner were surprised at how honest the sister of the future Queen was and praised her for the speech. “It was the first time she’s made a speech of this kind, but you wouldn’t have known it,” a guest told The Mirror. “She was so relaxed.
“She talked about the royal wedding and her career since. She came across as really grateful for the opportunities but also talked about the pitfalls of her position.”
